1. Identity of the seller

These terms govern the sales concluded on kaze-wallet.com, published by Hotaglad — company / VAT number BE 0505.891.919, info@kaze-wallet.com.

2. Products and prices

The products are described with the greatest care. Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included. Hotaglad reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the price applied is the one in force at the time of the order.

3. Order

Your order is confirmed by email. It constitutes acceptance of these terms.

4. Payment

Payment is made online via our secure provider Stripe. No banking details are kept by Hotaglad.

5. Delivery

The terms and times are detailed in our shipping policy.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have 30 days to change your mind, according to the terms of our return and refund policy.

7. Warranty

Our products benefit from the warranty described on the Warranty page, as well as from the legal warranty of conformity provided for by Belgian law.

8. Liability

Hotaglad cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products.

9. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, you can use the Consumer Mediation Service or the European online dispute resolution platform. The Belgian courts have jurisdiction.
