Data we process

  • Order and delivery data: name, address, email, phone.
  • Payment data: processed by our provider Stripe; we do not store your banking details.
  • Browsing data: cookies and visit statistics.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Process and deliver your orders (performance of the contract).
  • Send you marketing emails if you have consented, via Klaviyo (consent).
  • Collect your reviews via Judge.me (consent or legitimate interest).
  • Improve the site and ensure its security (legitimate interest).

Recipients

Your data is only shared with the providers necessary for the service: Shopify (hosting and orders), Stripe (payment), Klaviyo (emails), Judge.me (reviews) and the carriers.

Retention period

Order data is kept for the period required by Belgian accounting law (7 years). Marketing data is kept until you withdraw your consent.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification, erasure or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@kaze-wallet.com.
