Return and Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have 30 days after receipt to change your mind, without having to give a reason.

Return conditions

The product must be unused, complete and in its original packaging. Write to us at info@kaze-wallet.com to start a return; we will tell you how to proceed.

Refund

Once the return is received and checked, we refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method as the one used for the order. If a product is returned to us visibly used or damaged, the refund may be reduced in proportion to the loss of value.

Return costs

Return costs are at your expense, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

Defective product

If your product has a defect, contact us: it is covered by the warranty (see the Warranty page) and by the Belgian legal warranty of conformity.
