Lifetime warranty on Wallets

Our Wallets carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If a part fails under normal conditions of use, we repair or replace it.

2-year warranty on the rest of the range

The other products (TrackCard, Key Holder and accessories) carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

What the warranty does not cover

Normal wear, everyday scratches, damage caused by a drop, misuse or modification, as well as loss or theft, are not covered.

Legal warranty

Independently of these commercial warranties, the legal warranty of conformity provided for by Belgian law (2 years) applies.
