Can I return my products if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, you can return the product within 30 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
Are returns free?
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of a defective product or error on our part, where KAZE will cover the costs.
When and how am I reimbursed?
Once the product has been received and inspected, a refund will be made within 5 to 10 working days on the original payment method.
What are the delivery times?
Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 working hours, then delivered on average within:

Yes, the KΛZE wallet features full RFID protection, preventing contactless data from being read or stolen. Your cards remain protected at all times.
What is the maximum capacity of the portfolio?
The KΛZE wallet holds up to 20 cards. You can put 7 inside, and up to 13 more underneath the plate.
Can I put metal bills or cards in it?
Yes. Banknotes can be slid between the plates or held under the main elastic band.
Metal cards work perfectly, without interfering with the mechanism.
