1. Delivery zones
We currently deliver to Belgium, France, Luxembourg and Switzerland.
Other countries may be added in the near future.

2. Delivery times
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours.
Once dispatched, delivery generally takes :
- 🇧🇪 Belgium / 🇫🇷 France / 🇱🇺 Luxembourg / : 1 to 3 working days
- 🇳🇱 Netherlands : 2 to 5 working days
Delivery times may vary during busy periods (holidays, sales, etc.) and due to the carrier responsible, over which we have no leeway.

3. Order tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow it in real time.
You can also check the status of your order directly on our website.

4. Delivery charges
Charges are calculated automatically at the time of payment, depending on the destination and delivery method selected.
Free deliveries may be offered during special operations (e.g. SUMMER PROMO).

5. Failed or delayed delivery
If your parcel appears to be blocked or delayed, contact us at info@kaze-wallet.com with your order number.
We'll do what's necessary with the carrier or internally to resolve the situation.

Please check your address carefully before validation.
