Understanding Our Return Policy

At KΛZE, we place great importance on customer satisfaction.
If your order does not fully satisfy you, you have 30 days after receipt to make a return.


📦 General Conditions

  • Returns are the customer’s responsibility, except if the product received is defective or does not match the order.

  • A proof of purchase (confirmation email or order number) is required to validate the return.

  • Personalized, engraved, damaged, or showing signs of wear products are non-refundable.


🧾 Return Procedure

  1. Contact our team at info@kaze-wallet.com specifying:

    • Your order number

    • The reason for the return

  2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions to follow.

  3. Upon receipt of the product and validation of its condition, we will proceed with a full or partial refund, or issue a credit note, within 5 business days.


⚙️ Damaged or Incomplete Products

Upon receipt, each returned product is inspected by our quality team.
If an item shows scratches, dents, deformations, missing parts, or any other alteration from its original condition, KΛZE reserves the right to apply a partial deduction on the refund, proportional to the degree of damage, which may be up to the full amount.

A supporting photo can be provided upon request to ensure full transparency of the process.


💳 Refund Timeframe

Once the return is approved, the refund is made to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on banking processing times.
The initial shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in case of our error.
