Can I return my wallet if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, you can return the product within 30 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

Are returns free?

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of a defective product or error on our part, where KAZE will cover the costs.

When and how am I reimbursed?

Once the product has been received and inspected, a refund will be made within 5 to 10 working days on the original payment method.

What are the delivery times?

Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 working hours, then delivered on average within:

Belgium / France / Luxembourg / Netherlands / Germany: 1 to 3 working days

How can I track my order?

As soon as your package is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can check the progress of your parcel in real time.

Are there any additional customs duties or taxes?

No charges apply within the European Union.

Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?

Yes, as long as the order has not yet been dispatched.

Once the parcel has been taken over by the carrier, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel the order.

What can I do if I've made a mistake in my address?

If the parcel has not yet been shipped, we will correct the address free of charge.

If this is not the case, we will reship the parcel once it has been returned.

Check your spam folder. If the e-mail does not appear, please contact us with the name and e-mail address used when placing the order to check.

Does the wallet block RFID scans?

Yes, the KΛZE wallet features full RFID protection, preventing contactless data from being read or stolen. Your cards remain protected at all times.

What is the maximum capacity of the portfolio?

The KΛZE wallet holds up to 20 cards. You can put 7 inside, and up to 13 more underneath the plate.

Can I put metal bills or cards in it?

Yes. Banknotes can be slid between the plates or held under the main elastic band.

Metal cards work perfectly, without interfering with the mechanism.
