The warranty covers any defects or breakage resulting from normal use of the product.
Normal use" refers to reasonable daily use, without modification, abuse or misuse.
In the event of a problem, we will exchange your product free of charge.

- Scratches or cosmetic wear over time
- Loss or theft
- Breakage due to misuse (e.g. extreme drop, immersion, fire, etc.)
- Modification or dismantling of the product

✅ How to make a service request
1. Please have ready :
- Your order number
- A copy of the invoice (or confirmation of purchase by email)
- One or more clear photos of the problem
