🔒 Lifetime warranty

The warranty covers any defect or breakage related to normal use of the product.  
By "normal use," we mean reasonable daily use, without modifications or abusive or improper use.

In case of a problem, we commit to exchanging your product free of charge.

❌ What the warranty does not cover:

- Scratches or cosmetic wear due to time
- Loss or theft
- Damage due to misuse (e.g., extreme drop, immersion, fire, etc.)
- Modification or disassembly of the product

✅ How to make a customer service request

1. Prepare:
   - Your order number
   - A copy of the invoice (or purchase confirmation by email)
   - One or more clear photos of the issue

We commit to responding within 48 business hours.

🔁 Exchange

If the product is confirmed defective or not covered by the warranty,  
An exchange will be made (same model or equivalent).  
No refunds will be offered.
