WALLET

  1. Is the KΛZE wallet compatible with all cards?
    Yes. It accommodates all standard-format cards: bank cards, ID cards, licenses, business badges, and so on. Plastic or metal, no difference.

  2. How many cards can you fit inside?
    Between 1 and 20 cards, depending on your needs.
    Up to 7 cards in the ejector compartment, and between 10 and 15 additional cards under the expansion plate.

  3. Is there a risk of the cards falling out?
    No. The internal pressure system keeps the cards in place, even when moving.
    In addition, when the trigger is raised, a mechanical lock secures the cards until they are removed voluntarily.

  4. Does the wallet block RFID waves?
    Yes, integrated RFID shielding prevents theft of contactless data (payment, badge, passport).

  5. What material is the wallet made from?
    Anodized aluminum, used in aviation and watchmaking: lightweight, durable and resistant to impact and wear.

  6. Can I travel with it?
    Perfectly. Compact and discreet, it passes airport controls with ease.

  7. What warranty do you offer?
    Lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects.
    If a component breaks during normal use, we will replace it.

  8. What are the delivery times?
    1 to 3 working days in Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Germany and the Netherlands.
    A tracking link is sent to you as soon as the order is dispatched.

  9. Is the wallet ready to give as a gift?
    Yes. It comes in a premium, elegant case, ready to give as a gift.

TRACKCARD

  1. Is the TrackCard compatible with my phone?
    Yes. The TrackCard is available in Apple (Find My) and Android (dedicated app) versions. Please choose the appropriate version when purchasing.

  2. Can the TrackCard be recharged?
    Yes. It features an induction rechargeable battery (charger included). A full charge provides several weeks' autonomy.

  3. Can it be slipped into the wallet?
    Yes. Its bankcard format means it can be slipped into the KΛZE wallet without any problem.

  4. What is the localization range?
    Localization is carried out via the global Find My network (Apple) or via the Android app.
    If the TrackCard is out of Bluetooth range, the last known position is displayed, and is updated as soon as another device passes nearby.

KEY HOLDER

  1. How many keys can it hold?
    From 2 to 8 keys, depending on their thickness.
    Keys are perfectly aligned, silent and accessible in a single gesture.

  2. What's the difference with a traditional key ring?
    More compact, more practical, with no metallic noise or damaged pockets.
    Replaces the traditional "trousseau" by organizing keys as a tool designed for everyday use.

  3. What material is the key ring made of?
    Anodized aluminum, matching the wallet for visual and tactile uniformity.

  4. Can I add a car key?
    Yes. A side fastener allows you to attach a remote control, badge or car key without detracting from the sobriety of the key ring.
