Can I return my wallet if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, you can return the product within 30 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

Are returns free?

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of a defective product or error on our part, where KAZE will cover the costs.

When and how am I reimbursed?

Once the product has been received and inspected, a refund will be made within 5 to 10 working days on the original payment method.

What are the delivery times?

Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 working hours, then delivered on average within:

Belgium / France / Luxembourg / Netherlands / Germany: 1 to 3 working days

How can I track my order?

As soon as your package is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can check the progress of your parcel in real time.

Are there any additional customs duties or taxes?

No charges apply within the European Union.

Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?

Yes, as long as the order has not yet been dispatched.

Once the parcel has been taken over by the carrier, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel the order.

If the parcel has not yet been shipped, we will correct the address free of charge.

The KAZE key ring is designed to hold 5 to 6 keys, depending on their size and thickness, while remaining ultra-compact and silent.

What materials were used?

We chose premium materials: CNC-machined aluminum body for lightness and strength, stainless steel screws for assembly, and anodized finish to resist scratches.

Is this key ring discreet and silent in the pocket?

Yes, the mechanism prevents keys from jingling, keeping them neatly stacked in a compact body that slides easily without getting in the way. No more noise or mess.
